Default 2006 Fatboy spoke wheels

I’ve been searching everywhere online and haven’t really been able to find a direct answer. I have a 2006 Fatboy with the stock 16x3 solid wheels with a 90/16 in the front and 150/80/16 in the back. I’m looking to buy a set of 16 inch spokes and I’ve found several that came off of other models. My question is what other models that come with the spokes from the factory would fit one onto my 2006 Fatboy without issues? For instance, I’ve found a set with the tires still on them from a 2008 Road King.. would they fit?

I'm not sure due to it being a tour bike. But I have a set of factory 16" spoke wheels from a 2014 softail slim that I would be willing to part with. Both wheels come with tires mounted and plenty of tread, as well as both front and rear rotors and rear pulley.
The slims have the same forks and triple trees as the fat boy. The only thing I would check on is the axle size between your year and mine. Mine come with the factory bearing installed so if they r the same size then they r a direct bolt on for ur application.
If ur interested u can PM me and I'll give u detail along with pics. Sorry I couldnt directly answer ur question but I'd love to help u out if I can.

The other thing is spacers. Again I'm not sure about the touring bikes but I believe ur factory spacers would work with wheels from a softail. Maybe someone more experience will chime in and correct me if I'm wrong. Again, good luck and ride safe.

Im definitely interested. I can’t figure out how to direct message on here though, this is the first time I’ve posted on here I think. If you could shoot me an email with the price and details that would be great. stevennc86@gmail.com

The chart in this link should help; https://www.titancustoms.com/hadawhsich.html
Looks like the '08 Road King ran the same wheel size 16×3. Just have to see if they have the same axle size and the rotor size or fitment is the same.
Hopefully Fivefishwish's wheels will work for you.
My '06 Fatboy came with spokes on already.

I just recently swapped out my mags for spokes that came off of an earlier heritage softail. Mine were the same axle size, but spacing was a pain in the *** to figure out. I ended up buying a spacer kit from Ebay (3/4" Spacer Kit ) and through a few rounds of trial and error, I got it all figured out. Take your time and be very patient.

Check the hub width on that late model rear wheel. I did a wheel swap on my '06 Deluxe, using a set of 2015 Tubeless Spoked smoothies. The rear hub was way to wide to fit the earlier frame. I delaced the wheel, modified the hub to match the earlier version, and relaced it back up. There was no way it was gonna fit before. I don't know when the wider rear hub was brought in. I'm fairly certain that the axle size changed in 2007 from 3/4" to 1"
