Thanks EagleRay,

I like that the 120/70-19 has the higher speed rating (W vs. H).

Is there a considerable difference in the 880 vs. 888 in the 260 size for the Breakout? Does the 888 last that much longer?

Those with the 21" front wheel, take a look at the
Dunlop American Elite Front Tire (130/60B21) Dunlop American Elite Front Tire (130/60B21)

I installed American Elites front and rear and very happy with them.

I'm running the Metzeler 260 on the rear and the stock Dunlop on the front till it wears out.

AFAIK the ME888 superseded the ME880 which is oudated. The tire actually is the same in dimension with minor improvement e.g. a little less wear. Note that mounted to the stock BO rear rim the tire itself will only be 7mm wider than the stock 240. That's caused by the tire shape and the width of the rim. But this also allows for better clearance inside the stock rear fender and for improved handling (nimbleness)

Hi Ray!! been a while...The 880 is still available for now, not sure if it's being discontinued, only the front has shown on their site for a long time, but the rear 240 or 260 is available from most vendors online. I checked when I read your post because I'll be needing a new 260 soon, and really like the 880. The ME 888 is Metzelers "Ultra Milage" tire. The ME 880 has a "High Grip" softer compound. https://www.metzeler.com/en-us/produ...e-880-marathon

Default Will a 120/70 b21 tire fit a 2014 breakout?

I need to buy a new front tire for my 2014 breakout. The metzler 888 130/60 b21 63h tires are sold out everywhere. I need a good alternative please.

I'm running a Bridgestone Battlecruise on the rear, and will be running one on the front next season. I don't have many miles on it yet, interested in hearing from others who have tried them (on a Breakout). Can't really beat the price on them.
