Default Clutch

I have a 95 Softail with some clutch issues. I did a search on here and on Google but didn't really find an answer. I am wondering if a complete clutch assembly from a Twin Cam will bolt in and work?

Picked the bike up a few years ago in trade. Clutch cable was to short when I got it but I rode it for the reminder of that summer. Over the winter I replaced it with the proper length cable. Never could get adjusted correctly so replaced the clutch plates with some Barnett. Only seemed to make it worse so I tore it apart again and completely removed the clutch assembly. Found the outer shell cracked in several places. Someone had been in there before I got the bike. Take off clutch assembly for a Twin Cam on eBay is around $100. Evo seems to be around $200 plus.

Not all Twin Cam bikes have the same clutch...

You need to consider the primary sprocket size and the starter ring gear size.
