After seeing the Rocker C I will have to hurry up and get my bike looking like I want it before I start thinking trade-in Nice looking bike on the 2008 HD web site I thought!!
I will check out those wheels you mentioned. As for waiting for the tires to go bald... well you could always put on a bit of a smoke show for some friends and move that forward a couple of months

Deno, The bars look like Wild Ones 504's http://wild1inc.com/handlebars.html
You asked about someone elses bars once that were the 503 Knuckle Bars (that's what I have on my 2007 Fat Boy) Check out the pix in my profile and see what you think. I'm 6'4" and the reach is perfect. Nice and low profile but very comfortable. Ilove them!
I dont know what to tell you about wheels. I'm just going to chrome the stockers. I dont think it's a fatboy without Fat Boy wheels, ya know what I mean?

My next mod is gonna be getting rid of the pancakes. I want spokes.
And yes you can put 18's with no problem into your fenders.
Check this deLuxe, It has 18 on the rear and 21 at the front.

Carbon fiber wheels
The front wheel of the 2007 Fatboy weighs 46 Lbs!
A set of my 17" with 140's. I ride and they are smooth. No chrome on em'
I personally do not like the 18's nor the 21's, however that is my opinion. I have had 21’s for 18 years (1975 to 1993). The lower the profile, the harder the ride. Guess I like the comfort. Black/Gold/Chrome. Built in 1975 from a new FX (Superglide). Paint by Tony Carlini, engraved by Von Dutch, fab’d by me in Ol’ Man’s Cranes Machine shop as they just moved to Hallandale (FL) to a larger shop. Red one, mine today ( a few weeks ago). Still in process
