Default 2003 fatboy front headlight?

Hi guys! New to the site. I just purchased a 2003 fatboy. Was wondering why the front headlight is different from the rest.. seems to be all one piece. Is this stock or has it been converted. If converted is it possible to return it to stock? Thank you!

Welcome and congrats with the bike,

to be honest, I do not really understand your question, it comes apart with the philips screws.

The right driving light looks smaller than the left. The right one was probably replaced do to damage. Not matched for quick sale. I don't believe the FatBoy comes with running lights stock. But I could be wrong.

That is correct Ranger... The driving lights are an addition... Not stock. However the Main 7" lamp is one of the best the Moco ever had.. You can retro fit it with a LED conversion and have a real nice wide angle lens sort of speak... It's a very good reflector...

Lol!! It did look like 2 different sizes.. had to go check it out. Seems like it was only the angle of the picture! They are indeed the same size.

I want to convert the whole head light assembly to the normal fatboy look with the fork tins and the round headlight. Is this possible? If to much work I will settle on just removing the passing lights, this shouldn't be to hard? I guess I will need to purchase the front turn signal relocation brackets? Thanks for your help!!

Better picture for sure. the headlight natch is removable as long as it's aftermarket.
Some stock natches contain a shitload of wires for other things.
Unbolt it and see what's in there.Might just need a bucket and mount for the tree.
