i would think that a mid to low 13 sec. run sound about right. also for every 10 pound you can get rid of, you should pick up a tenth of a second. so it possible a deuce or a standard couls run in the 12 's.
100 lbs for a 10th of a second, thats how it goes I think.
Yes,a tenth for every 100lbs.

I've also heard the '100 pounds equals one 10th of a second' estimate when talking about cars, but I also believe there would have to be a different calculation when dealing with lighter bikes.

Let's say your Harley weighs in at 700 pounds, race ready, and will run a 13.5 second quarter mile.

It's hard for me to imagine, but let's just pretend that you could reduce the race ready weight of that same Harley by 500 pounds.

If we used the 100 pounds equals 1/10th second formula, a 500 pound reduction would reduce the quarter mile time by 1/2 second.

So if our imaginary 700 pound Harley ran a 13.5 second quarter mile, it would only run a 13.0 second quarter mile at a weight of 200 pounds?

I don't think so.

HELL I have both of the great gas guzzlers and I love both of them!! MY S.R.T.-10 RAM 06' with VOLANT cold air box with ram air and X-PIPE connected to 2 MAGNAFLOW BULLETS and it weighs in at 5100 L.B.S., I'M lucky to get 13.00 E.T 1/4 mile, hard to hook up, they do not make 22 inch slicks YET!! and around town (10) if I keep foot off, highway 17 to 18 if I stay off of gas, then I ride 06 SCREMIN EAGLE 103 FAT BOY, SERT, K&N, PLAT. PLUGS, 8MM wires, D&D 2 in 1 HEADER with performance baffle (LOUD), DYNO-TUNED , 100 H.P. & 100 L.B.S. Tourqe, and I'Mlucky in town 32M.P.G., 36 M.P.G. highway, but I ride on high side, but my gas mileage sucks but you have to pay to play! And my bike runs high 11'S to low 12'S, so bring on the HAYABUSA'S!!!!!!!!!! LOL, they could run 2 1/4 mile pass's to my one, but look at the re-sale on one, buy it for $12,000.00 drive around block get $7000.00, check N.A.D.A., I'M not rich but I do not care about the price of gas! I will keep on driving and paying but I do try to limit my miliage. PURPLE HAZE.

A built 95ci will should run circles around the new 96ci with all the EPA junk on it. all harley factory bikes including the cvo screamin eagle versions are street legal as soon as you build your motor the factory warranty is gone on the engine unless you buy the street legal Harley package and have them install it which to me would be a total waste of time and money.

It was not a waste of time to let them put the pipes, SERT,K&N air filter,Kuryakn frame mounted license plate and I had to have them DYNO-TUNE my bike with the extra parts, now I did change my plugs and wires myself, and all so changed my fluids to my brand, but I'M NOT a good MECH., I admit it so I wanted it done right and they say my warrenty is still good since they did the work, if I could do it I would because I know every one here knows they really hang it in you on prices for there services, plus I can strip bolts, round off nuts, and just make a small job to a nightmare, but at least I know how to change my oil and tranny fluid and y'all know how much they charge just to change fluids. PURPLE HAZE.
