Howdy,,, Anyone still ride after Lower Spine Fusion?? I had my surgery January 23rd I was hoping to be back to riding by July or August. I am going to be 68 late this summer. Is there any good reports out there in the wind. Thanks ahead of time for those repaired riders out there. Hazen
No back surgery here, but have had both knees and a shoulder worked on. You'll know when you're ready, so don't listen to your doctors or your wife. I didn't, and I haven't made anything worse. Get well soon!

Hazen, is that a 3 level fusion you had? How are you doing since the surgery, and has it helped?
I have to have a anterior 360 fusion L5-S1.
Thanks, and take your time before you jump back in the saddle.

Level two I think.Big Mule I guess Im doing ok. Im sore, I go back to Cleveland Clinic today for my six week checkup. They will do xrays to see if its all in place. The pain I had in my legs and lower back is gone.No more numbness in my legs and feet. If I can just get the bone to grow,,,,At my age it might be a little slow.I think the more you look into it and learn the more qualified you will be to make a decision of who and what is done. Those Surgeonsare like mechanics,,,, there are
good ones and some not so good. I hope you pick a good one. I'll let you know how it comes out today.
