Default Bad oil seal on 05 Deluxe

I'm a first timer to the forum. Just had bike repaired under warranty but it took 2 weeks! Dealer did not have parts available for the fix. Has anyone else had oil consumption problem that was due to bad valve seals? Should I expect a dealer to take 2 weeks to repair? thanks for the replies

I had the infamous bad valve guide seal problem. Dealer fixed it in a day.
