Call me strange, but if I was to get another bike it would more likely be a big assed bagger rather than a rocket.
But if I could only get a rocket, first thing I would need is a standing appointment at the local back cracker to get straightened out after any ride longer than 5 or 10 miles. Then I think a nice bad *** Buell might do the trick. I'm not as interested in super high speeds. Not much chance of using a bike as fast a a Busa, but a nice worked over Buell would make a hell of a fun stop light to stop light blaster.

198hp @ the crank
radial brakes
Titanium Valves
15 LBS lighter
Dual injectors on the throttle bodies

But I still won't pass judgement until I see it live!

They already have Turbo kits for Busas. '08 has the same engine, only bored out some more for a 12% increase in hp.

Busas, like Harley's, have an incrediblecult following.

Sorry about that, it was meant as a joke. I believe that the HP Shootout winner last year was a Busa w/turbo that clocked just a hair over 400HP.
There are also a bunch of vid on the web of some nut job with one doing incredable speeds on regular roads with traffic. The guys that are making them need their heads examined, cause they ain't playing with a full deck to be doing what they are where they are.
Check around YouTube or some of theother vid sites and you'll see what I mean.

If I had a sport bike I wouldn't be alive to answer this question.I have a major problem of riding at high speeds and since sport bikes do 150 to 200 I would try it. Unfortunately it would be once! My bike has a sweet spot of 80 to 85 and have only did 100 once for a few seconds. Also I don't know how anyone can be comfortable after 20 minutes on one.
