Absolutely Love my Sportglide!
I am 5 10 and it takes wind off my shoulders.
Buffeting will greatly depend on your helmet, i have ff Arai and no Buffeting till over 80 mph.
I think Gustafson is super over priced.

I put these 10” drag bars on and didn’t change any cables, the brake line is tight however...

I just want to let others know I installed the 6” HD risers with stock bars with existing wiring. The clutch cable moved to the front of the bars. The brake cable is a bit short but is driveable for now. Eventually I will change it to +2” or so.
One minor modification was needed. The risers base diameter was larger than the stock riser and would not fit in the hole so I got some washers from Lowe’s and that seems to be fine otherwise the riser base would make contact where the bars get bolted down. Just one washer each side. This brings the bars closer to you.

Hi guys, haven’t posted for quite a while and not since I bought the Sportglide (from a Fatbob). Hello again!

i just fitted the 6 in risers. I think I could have got away with not extending the wiring but I did put extensions on. You really only need a couple of inches to be comfortable so the shortest extensions would be best. The brake line is at full length but looks OK. The clutch cable however appears too short. At full right lock the cable is straight down in front of the bar and at a slight angle on the control housing. I have ordered one 2 inches longer to be sure...

I put some 12" San Diego bars on my 19 and all I had to do was extend the upper brake line. Granted these are about 10" narrower than the stock bars so most of the wiring just goes up instead of out now. I got a 26" upper brake line because it was all I could find in SD but I think a 24" would be perfect.

Nice,
How much did the 26" brake line cost you?

Oh yeah…. about $70 for the line and another $70 for an adapter. Turns out the upper brake line was not available anywhere with a male fitting on the lower end. I was pissed but not surprised.
