Default Saddlemen Explorer seat

Looking for input, how does it move you compared to stock? I need a new seat ASAP and all I have is the hammock seat from HD that came with my bike. Was riding a tallboy and LaPera DLL before, so at 6'2 I need some more room bad! Open to other suggestions as well.

selling mine on the Classifieds. Lots more room but too painful on my tailbone which is my biggest area of pain. Otherwise it's a good seat.

I'm 6'1". It moved me back and up. About 1.5" both directions.

I ride with a guy that's like 6'2 an he loves his LePera maverick daddy longlegs. I have a standard maverick on my street glide an like it a lot.

I had the LaPera DLL for my dyna and loved it, but they don't have any new seats out yet that I saw which surprised me.

I am selling the hammock seat with backrest now which fits the new 18+ models.

Broke down and purchased the LD seat last night, but might acquire the Saddlemen too and compare, back is a good thing, up not so much. We'll see, I'll report back.

I have one on my 2018 FB. It is a 10000000% improvement over stock. You move up and back in the riders box. The back of the seat (the step) actually provides nice support. Best 400.00 I spent on the bike.

You mean the LD seat? I don't have a stock seat but as long as it's more back than what I've got now I should be cooking with gas then, the hammock seat is like riding the neighbors tricycle.

No, he's talking about the Explorer seat. I got mine after seeing, and discussing his with him.
