Hey guys, I am looking at purchasing a 2000 fxst, with 6500 miles. Did Harley have any issues or problems with that year that I should know about. Thanks.

 

you have to get the vin and call the moco and find out when the engine was made,if it was after 12/14/99 then it has the updated cam bearings and your good to go.i have 23000 on mine and the only problem i had was the rear spokes loosened.

00fxst is correct- I had one and that was the only problem I knew of well the permagrin but thats your problem not the bike.
