Breakout wheels on a 2019 Fat Boy
#21
Since you know the bearings are the same just order the BO bearing axle spacer pull yours down get a measurement on both and split the difference and order two of the bigger FB spacers and have a machine shop cut them to length then theoretically your break out wheel should fit and be properly centered cause you have the proper factory spacers and the difference of the smaller wheel hub added to them. Then any good machinest should be able to grab a measurement of the rotor to the caliper and pop out a rotor spacer.
Just sayjn haha
sure is easier to help someone else spend their money

The story so far:
Breakout wheels require 2 spacers on the axle:
13-14mm between the left fork leg and the ABS sensor, and
A 37-38mm spacer on the right hand side..
A pair of 13-14mm spacers behind the brake caliper, and longer bolts to suit
A guard lift of brackets you can get on ebay for the tourers.
I'll be fitting it this week, more to follow.

More notes:
Rear wheel: from M8 breakout to M8 Fatboy fitment (paired spokes breakout rear wheel) no modification necessary.
To fit a 103 breakout rear wheel to the M8 Fatboy or Breakout you need a wider or small additional spacer on the non drive side. This includes the Turbine wheels if they have been taken off the 103 twincam breakouts. Just check, I don't have the details just passing it on.
I have Wayne at Rockingham Harley Davidson and Jordy from Reddit to thank for these details.
More to follow.

First up: old Fatboy axle and newly machined Fatboy axle. Blue lines shows the extended bearing lands, and on the right you can see the new spacers, 13mm and 38mm. Also seen here is the 13mm brake caliper spacers.
Bolts are 10mm coarse and the original bolts are 35mm, replacements will need to be 50mm.
Tomorrow is the big day, heaps of pics to follow!!!
