I clean my Heritage by mixing Simple Green 50:50 with water in a spray bottle, saturate every inch of your "cold" bike with the solution. Let the solution sit and work a few minutes, then hose off with a good stream of water or a light duty pressure washer. Using this method, I have never had to take a sponge or rag to the bike or toil over cleaning spokes. Towel the bike dry and use an air compressor, leaf blower, or bike dryer to finish the job.

You're right! Simple Green is the most amazing stuff I've ever used. With a rinse of SG and an Air Force Blaster to dry it, it won't take too much riding time away.
But, now that the '08's are "out", I think they'll have my attention for now!
