Default Any plate relocation kits for 18+ Fat Boy/Breakout?

I am not a fan of the side mounted license plate. My old Low Rider S had a similar setup and HD (and others) offered a relocation kit which moved the plate to the rear fender. So far I only see one kit from Great Bike Gear. I had a similar kit on my LRS which I found started to rust after a year. Not my idea of a long lasting solution.

I know HD has a kit for international models which I may look at, but I was hoping there were other alternatives.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Thats interesting - may hold me over for a while (have more important things that need $ first) - is that just the stock back plate rotated somehow?

A little expensive but what isn't for a Harley. I wonder if it would fit a '16? I probably could make it fit. Don't care for the turn signals on the bracket.

It's a shame that the shipping would probably be prohibitive as I have the OEM 'pig-nose' plate assembly that fits on the rear fender as I went and had a side mount fitted. It weighs a ton as it's made of steel.

Steel really? I would have bet it was plastic. Interesting. I’m wondering if it may be worth it, but isn’t the UK/EU plate dimension very different from the US plate? If I could make it work, I’d be willing to pay what’s necessary.

Yes, I mentioned that in my post. I had one on my Low Rider S, and after about a year the paint had begin to flake off and the metal was rusted. Not a good sign after only a year. Probably won’t go with that again.

Though the current model is chrome plated I believe. May be more durable then the painted verison...
