1987 softail only has single colour with gold harley insignia and pinstriping..did some research after your notes 2013 i believe..its a metalic red..not a candy.. not sure if its signal red which was a harley color that year if anyone can help that would be great as a respray is needed, cheers.

I can research it but off the top of my head, name wise, around that time period many of the colors had the word sunglo as part of the name.

 

i.ve checked alot of info on paints for 1987 models..mine is a FXSTC..it only has a single red color with gold pin striping.. it doesn.t have any of the other 3 colors of other softails ..when i learn how to do it i will upload photo of my bike.
