I have a 2012 I converted to a bagger. Never had any issues with wind and trucks.

Kiss my *** on the above statement...Been everywhere across the U.S.A. from Iowa south to California and Florida. RK is a good bike, but to say nowhere near is ignorant....

I have a 2015 Road King now and really smooth on the highway, even around simi trucks.
I previously had a 2013 Heritage, and it was a nice bike, but on the highway it was pretty shaky, even with the fangs installed.
I enjoyed the Heritage and how agile it was, but didn’t like the instability around trucks.
I’m getting older now, and a lighter more agile bike interest me, and would like to know from people who have one your thoughts.
I know I can test ride one next month at my local dealer, but still interested in your thoughts. Thanks
I've got an '18 Heritage 114 and with fangs, it's great. I can haul whatever I need by adding dry bags. And the dry bag acts as a backrest! Just increase rear pre-load and you're good to go. These new softails are really good bikes.

I'll bet the thing deadnuts smooth @ 80 mph in 6th.
I want a fairing on my next scoot though. Wondering how an A/M fairing would be on an 18
I'd want that Viking tour pack, or the like. I've read on here the Harley one for the 18 isn't that great of quality.
They should drop the exh lower on those and add larger saddlebags. The 18's are smaller inside than mine
They should DEFINITELY have larger bags. These are useful, but could be better.

I want to move into motorcycle camping. Next time you pack that Heritage up for a camping trip, would you be so kind as to post a picture? TIA
