Just ordered one, but it has to ship all the way Down Under, so will be a few weeks

Is the Kuraykan cover made of plastic or metal? I wouldn't put a metal cover over a coil, tried that with aftermarket covers on a mustang and it did not work out too well.

Constructed from high-quality aluminum in chrome or gloss black finish.
I ordered one...

I actually like the look of the factory coil. To me, it looks more functional / business-like. I never cared for the overgrown horns on the touring models. They always seemed like a poor attempt to balance out the aircleaner.

I do agree the kuryakin looks pretty good, not overdone. Just not necessary in my opinion (or maybe I’m cheap lol).

Wow $169.00. Lots more than the Kuryakyn for $54.00.

I believe the coil cover on my Deuce was chromed metal. No issues with it.

I'm glad to see this. The left side usually pales in comparison to the right on bikes. On my FB it looks like a black hole of sorts. This will help a lot.

Thanks M8_Softails for the heads up. I was all over Kury's site a few weeks ago looking without finding one, though I did find and then buy (from eBay), the spark plug covers. I'll put those and this coil cover on after my 1K service that is coming up.

I put my coil cover on. I like it. Not a very good picture with my bike in the garage but I am also doing my 1000 miles service.
