No, the entire Leatherworks bag, including the back, is made from a thick 10-11 oz. full grain leather that's very firm..

How well does the thick leather on the back hold up over time. Does it Stretch and sag from the weight and strain were the zip ties hold it to the bike?

I haven't felt the weight of that jacket, but guess if folded up tight it should squeeze in.

It's been on for 2+ years and a lot of miles, and so far, mounted tight, with the very large (1/2" wide) zip-ties, it hasn't moved at all...and it holds some fairly heavy loads from time to time.

Does it have four mounting slots in the back since you use four zip ties?

Typically they all come with 4 slits/slots cut into the rear of them (2 upper & 2 lower). Most of the bags come with some sort of straps that go through the slots, but they never seem to stay tight which is why we use zip ties.
