Like king glide said, two guys just lift the front and slide it back under. I learned my lesson to strap after a few lucky years without incident. That was a sporty though so in a fit of panic/rage it went back on the lift within seconds lol. You will be ok till help arrives. Wont hurt anything now.

Most auto parts or rental shops have portable engine hoists for rent like this...
That & a sling around the steering neck & you're back in business

If you can't get a couple of guys to help you,
Buy a four or six foot length of 4x4.
Chock the back wheel, both front and back of it.
Put your motorcycle jack under the neck
Put a 4x4 (or something big and stout), on top of one side of the jack and under the neck
Jack it slowly and have some dunnage (2x4's and/or a leftover piece of 4x4 that you cut off), ready to put under the frame as you lift the bike with the jack.
Keep working it until you have enough clearance to get the jack under the frame.
Take it slow, slow and make sure that whatever part of the bike you put the top of the 4x4 under is strong enough to take the weight. Also make sure that you've got a good bite on it so the bike doesn't slip off and fall back onto the floor again. You might need to tie it in place to keep it stable.
