why am i not getting power to ignition

i bought a 2005 springer out of an estate.no one knows what happend to the fob.i turn on the ignition nothing. but i do have power to the odometer,ecm,when i test .also have power to main circut breaker.cannot clear or reset pin without power to ignition

My guess a bad ignition switch. Unless someone armed the security sys.
If so you can enter the passcode using the turn signal switches
if you have the code.
