Floorboards for Sport Glide

Yeah, I thought the same thing when we first installed them. But they are no wider than footpegs, and they are so comfortable. Looking at them from the side, or pretty much any angle but straight down, they don't look like dumbo's ears. lol
And, they give you more lean angle than a footpeg.

Hey Dan Bot,
Yeah, the FatBoy brackets mount right up, no adapter needed. I think the frame is the same for all the Softails, other than which swingarm is mounted. The difference, if I remember correctly, was the length of the brackets themselves - I think the Heritage brackets weren't wide enough to clear the pipe on the right side, so it required the Fat Boy brackets. But the Heritage boards mounted to those brackets fine. Later I sold my pegs and brackets on eBay, I think. Not sure if you read back up the thread, but here's a copy/paste of the parts needed:
"Note that the footboards listed are the Heritage ones, but you can use any boards that fit the Fat Boy mounts, of course.
50500751 Fat Boy Mounting brackets
50500753
33600128 Shift lever bracket (includes bearing sleeve) - attaches to mount on shift side
10200350 Screws to attach shift lever bracket to mount - need 2
50500699 Pin (holds board to mount) - need 2
50500700 Spring - need 2
50500701 Clip (keeps pin in) - need 2
50500564 (right) Heritage footboards (includes rubber insert and wear peg)
