Went with a Wimmer setup on my Deuce. I love it. My leg doesn't touch the aircleaner now while I'm riding. I also got the optional rain sock with it. It repels water so the filter doesn't get wet if you're caught in rain or washing the bike.

If you like the older nostagic look for your bike S&S makes a version of their nearly trademarkedteardrop shaped AC to fit the newer Twin Cam FI engines. You can get them etched or cast with a number of different finishes too.

 

I try to avoid it if possible, like washing, but if I get caught in the rain no probs so far.

I have a Jet Scream AC with an open K&N and an HD Aluminator cover on it.

 

I went with the insert for the football as well. My only complant was it seemed to get dirty faster. As far as washing I bought a shower cap for a buck at the store and put that on to wash the bike seems to keep the water off pretty good.
