Default 2006 Deuce DNA 18x5.5 spoke issue

Finally got around to installing a DNA 18x5.5 60 spoke that I bought through Ebay 6 months ago on my 06 Deuce. I was all prepared to play around with some 3/4" PVC and mock up some custom spacers but strangely enough the existing spacers put everything right where it needs to be... except the tire. The caliper sits perfectly over the disc, the belt appears to sit and track on the pulley properly but the actual outer rim and tire appear to be 1/2"-3/4" offset to the right.

It has me thinking that maybe the existing spacers will need to be taken out and have custom ones machined but I can't move the hub/pulley any to the left as the pulley will hit the swingarm and then I would also have to shim out the brake caliper. Maybe I need to do the thinner pulley/belt and then spacers/shim?

Anyone run into this? DNA model number for the wheel is specifically for the Deuce. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
