Primary chain tensioner ratchets up too tight?

Dang, thought you were onto something.....I went and checked, took a better picture. It was in with the radius to the front.
Any other ideas why t would break?

I checked to be sure after seeing these posts.....it was on the right way.
Any other ideas on why it might break?
Is Baker my only real option?
