Fat bob is the only 2018 softail with the cats in the head pipes. All other have the cats in the mufflers.

Only the Fat Bob has the cats in the head pipe....every other 2018 soft tail has them in the mufflers

So then technically if the cats are in the mufflers then any change would require some sort of tuning?
