Default Are these lowering bolts or not?

Hey guys, I picked up an 04' night train that the owner claims is lowered in the back (it does look lower then stock). He mentioned that it could go lower, so I tried adjusting them as they should to lower some more and nothing. I ended up pulling the shocks right out (they look like stock shocks...pulling them out was a pain though!) and figured I would post up a pic alongside a measuring tape. I would like a 2" drop and im wondering if these look like or measure out like lowering bolts (the difficulty in getting them out after unbolting has me thinking maybe they are longer bolts and thus the difficulty). If anybody has any input or can measure or has theirs measured to share that would be greatlt appreciated!

Been looking all over and they appear to be the HD lowering bolts meant to only lower the bike 1". After looking everywhere i stumbled on them on the harley website. In the picture they had that same square to hold the stud/bolt and hole in the end for a cotter pin, and the previous owner said bike was lowered at Harley, so now it makes sense.

solved the mystery and ordered some 2" drop lowering bolts. Now to find the bump stops ive seen mentioned in some threads and find out if they are going to limit the lowering effect im after

Bump stops are located at the top of the Swingarm were it hits under the seat and sends shockwaves up your spine. Lowering bolts make for a shitty ride unless you're 150 lbs.

FYI.
There's only ~3" of total travel, removing 2 means that as soon as you put your weight on it, there's less than 1" of suspension left. Bump stops intrude into that remaining space. May want to take the pre-load to max, to have any suspension at all. Cornering is gonna be hard on the frame & primary.
