I started out this morning and while going down the road I hit the front brake and it was like my front tire twistes. A hard reaction it seemed left then right and when I let off the brake it was fine. It's an 05 Heritage Softail classic. It has one caliper as well.

 

Saying you hit the brake and it pulled to the left then right doesn't provide enough information.

You need to investigate the issue more so you can provide more information.
If you have limited troubleshooting skills your best option is to take it to a technician.

 

Sounds like a bad wheel bearing.
