Here's an example..
In 6th gear:
Stock 32/66 combo at 80mph = 2936 rpm
With 32/68 combo at 80mph = 3025 rpm
With 32/70 combo at 80 mph = 3114
With 30/68 combo at 80mph = 3226 rpm
With 30/70 combo at 80mph = 3321 rpm

I just said a 2 into 1 performs better than true duals. And will get him close. Whatever dude.

If anyone likes to know numbers, as riding after any work is not easily measured, it is always advisable to ask for a Dyno before any work, it's just a way of keeping a measurement for current builds and future add on's. Usually, if you talk nice to the shop, as they are also interested to keep records, they will do the second run for free being an advantage to them as much as you for future reference/customers.
HD really do not like giving out numbers, especially when a lot of the stock bikes at barely reach the high sixties in HP.
