I bought a Sunpie LED. It was $40 and is very bright. I had a BagFive LED in the past, also cheap and worked well. I don't understand why pay $300 plus for a light....

Does it fit good inside the stock headlamp housing?
Being that people in cars have five senses, and I don't want them to feel me, taste me, or smell me, yep pipes are for safety so they can hear me.
Some little old lady with no radio and her windows down will hear you, but nobody with their windows up, A/C on, and 300 watts of music blaring is going to hear your pipes until they run over you and the music stops.
Unless you're right next to someone in the other lane, they won't hear you - especially with all the sound absorbing material they put into cars these days.

windows in cars do not stop all the sound.
Everyone who is texting will not see your headlight, but they may still hear me.

Yes it fits fine in the stock housing. Just need to push in on it to secure the clamp ring but fit very well. It was more difficult trying to pull the plug off the stock light, two little tabs on the side had to be pulled out while pulling the plug off.
