2000 wheels on a 1999
Want to put front and rear 2000 and up wheels with sealed wheel bearings on a 1999 heritage softail that would normally be non sealed bearings. Any one done this, know it's not a problem and happen to know what spacers are needed so I can preorder everything. Custom fat spoke with new pulleys and rotors too is the plan.

if you're changing the rotors an pulley that's the change other than bearings...the ring on the hub changed in 2000 with the sealed bearings...you can get an adapter for the pulley but the rotors have to be replaced (as far as I know). You might need to change spacers...when I did the change I used a deuce wheel so I knew the hub width was changing so I had a bucket of old spacers to try.
I read where guys have bought a bunch of washers when changing wheels an stack the washers to get the correct width to measure an order the correct ones. you can get longer ones to cut to length but sounds like you're going for a certain look so you will probably want to order them to match your finish.

One thing about the newer rims 2000 up is that I believe they all went to 1 1/8" drive belt So if your to get a used pulley you would also need to change the belt. while your at it get a 70 tooth pulley and 132 tooth belt. Easy Peasy.... on the swap you'll really improve the gearing.... I just got a 70 tooth pulley on ebay $36.00 delivered and an S&S belt for $157.00

I also went with matching floating rotors when I purchased my rims from Southern Motorcycle Works, 2 years ago. The centers of the rotors are aluminum and the braking band SS. From normal braking the rivets wore the aluminum to the point where you can rotate the stainless steel band 3/32” on the centers.... Real piece of crap. Make sure if your rotors are going to be floaters to get them with the same stainless steel as the braking band...
