We sold the two we got in. And I think we have another on order.

Maybe they aren't forum people.

Who knows.

I know this, both love their new Lowriders.

Maybe the dealers just aren't getting many in yet. My wife wanted to demo a LR, but my dealer has only received one and it sold the first day it was put on the sale floor. He has another on order, but no ETA yet. Seems he is getting all the other new Softail's...

I seriously considered a low rider. Fit me so well and love the handlebars(buckhorn). Dealer had two both in colors I like. Problem was mid controls, a little close for me, only 107 and none with ABS. I really like the bike and the way it handled. This is a totally underrated bike. If it came in 114 it would be a blast!

Only a 107?

Let's not continue to perpetrate anymore mythology that 'only a 107' is somehow inferrior to a 114. Stock for stock, there really isn't a whole lot of difference. Both in parts, and feel. No one who buys 'only a 107' will be getting short changed in the M8 experience.

Both motors are simply terrific.

I do indeed work for a dealership.

Gosh didn’t mean to hit a sore point. Your right both motors are outstanding and the 107 is not in any way inferior, just less powerful to the 114. The money I would have to spend to boost the 107 to a 114 made up the difference in cost to the low rider and the bike I purchased. I test rode several bikes 107, 114, and 117. There is a difference that is noticeable with each motor.

Agree...These are harleys not Ducati's and there is hardly any difference between the two motors. I went from a 103 to 110 and honestly don't feel any difference except gas mileage is lower now.

I bought a low rider and love It! I never test road the fat bob, it's cool just not my style abs the fat boy I just didn't like the windshield on it. Besides that I think it's bad a$$. The low rider was cheaper, also a plus, and has more of an old school look which to me was perfect. So far it's my favorite bike I have owned. Can't wait till Vance and hines puts out their big radius pipes for it in a couple weeks! The 107 has tons of power in such a light bike, I did do the ventilator air cleaner and adding an aftermarket cam in a couple weeks when the pipes come in. (Not for more power, just like the sound ) I came off a 17 street glide and have no regrets, added a sweet Swing arm bag to get my essentials.
