Default “Crash bars” aka “engine guards” on Fatboys pics please!

So I keep hearing about what I call Crash bars but now known as engine guards for your bike. I had em back in the day on my glide. Well now I have a FatBoy and folks keep telling me to put on an engine guard. I look at the FatBoy as more a cruiser and not a touring or bagger bike where bars look pretty good I have not seen a FatBoy with the Crash bars....excuse me engine guards. I am asking you folks to please post pics of your FatBoy with guards and any comments you think would help me in making my decision. I really do appreciate any pics you can post. Thanks in advance.

Hard to get good shots of guards but here are a couple. Obviously chrome versions.

These crash bars will save you and your bike. Ask me how I know. I wouldn't want my bike to be without them.

Yep that’s what everybody keeps telling me. Just taking me some time to getting the look to “grow” on me.

Default Olive So Negative

Olive actually doesn't want them. But I've had them on nearly all my bikes and I know first hand, they are a bike/life saver. can't go wrong.

Well I just reviewed the installation of the “mustache” bar for a 2018 FatBoy. Damn if I can find any “holes” on the side of the frame for installation as they show in instructions. Should be an easy install but damn if I can find the location of the “holes” on my bike.
