I just finished a 200 install on my 04 standard, without a kit and without a chain conversion. looks and rides awesome. you can email me and I'll give you the rundown. I just tried to take a pic to post but its too dark in the garage.

Hey there Sdible
For the 17" Deuce rear rim. You could indeed put a
180 SE tire on there without changing anything. My
Montreal Harley dealer actually offers it for the Deuces
at a price of 500.00 cdn. Guess what I'm getting done
when my stock rear tire wears out??

heres a side view. thats a strutless 9" fender. you need a 18x5.5 rear wheel. A 13/16" belt and pulley off of a 2006 softail. if you use a metz you also need a 1/2" or 9/16" pulley spacer. it puts the belt pretty close to the tire and the pulley pretty close to the swingarm, but there is about 1/4" gap on both. I had to grind a SMALL amount off the caliper. I used all the stock wheel spacers. The wheels are DNA 40 spoke with black powdercoated rims.

I may go with that route since I like the look of the deuce rear wheel anyway.

Heres a close up. Apparently the pics are too big and I can only upload one at a time. Thats a 200/50/zr18 metzeler 880.

Did you have to modify your swingarm at all?
