I started riding in 1971 and stopped in 98, now 20 years later bought the FLSB last month to use here in upstate NY for occasional day rides on back roads. Well my old HD vibes hit me and I had to mod the bike, did it myself with products bought from Fuel Moto, Bassani pipe, HD extreme flow air filter and Dynojet power vision tuner. I installed the 5in windscreen and it did help push the wind off my chest. Needless to say enjoying being part of the HD family again.

I don't race the bike or track it so I have no conclusive results of performance increase. I can tell you seat of the pants feeling and that is the bike pulls harder feels stronger thru the rpm range. I do not ride aggressively but I did a fast shift from 1st to 2nd gear at 5500rpm and the bike did leave an 6 foot patch of rubber which it never did before. I like the sound , it roars when I throttle it but is not loud when cruising at a steady rpm. I bought the Bassani exhaust with the Dynojet power vision with their tune installed for my set up with the SE Extreme air inlet. The tune was easy to upload , which you need when doing this mod or the bike will run to lean.

I have the same bars. Very comfortable. Over 70 mph I get a little more buffeting from the fairing with the 5” screen since I’m sitting more upright

I like the looks of the sport soft tail but a Glide it isn’t , just my opinion

What are requirements for a bike to use the "glide" term?

So Im presuming the former "dyna glide" models, some of which have such names as "wide glide", "super glide", etc fall far short of your naming criteria?
