Hmm. I like the idea behind this part (though the looks are a little bit rough). Is the "not DOT approved" something to be worried about, though?

I love my Springer, but I swear it is the hardest thing to modify. If it's not one thing it's another, and the latest is that the detachable saddlebags I like the most will not work with lights relocated using HD's turn signal relocation for the Springer. Putting the turn signals next to the tail light would fix this problem.

 

I just replaced the light bar on my FLST with ones from the delux - also the same as the road king ( I believe) Relocated the license plate (below the taillight) as well. I'll post the pics tomorrow if I remember to bring the camera to work. Also replaced the tailight lens with a laydown version with the license plate light on the bottom.

Anyway - my intent was to go with the tombstone taillight as well. Anyway, the dealer said that it wouldn't work and backed it up with a printout.
