Bike run cooler, better gas mileage, engine last longer, etc. If they could design an efficient smaller radiator that didn't stick out so much like on the Indian Scout I would be fine with that. Probably old school HD riders would not approve however ! But, there is a new school of riders on the horizon that might go for these changes !

If really the people want cooler bike with wather cooler, they can japanses bikes 20 years ago.... Who want buy a HD, dont want a harley with wather cooler with a radiator.

I just watched a really good video on the birth of the V-Rod and it's water cooled engine. Since they dropped that line I wouldn't hold my breath for Mr Harley to build another...

 

 

This is just two examples of comments about the new fatboy. Do we see a trend? And the list goes on.....And here I thought it was just me.......

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder as we all know, but I think the 2018 Fatboy is one of the best looking bikes out. That's exactly why I bought one. That may not be totally true because after the test drive it got even prettier, actually pulse raising to me. I've done a lot of test rides and this one absolute tops in my memory banks.
I like it better than any Harley I've had had and I've been buying them since 1983.
