I’ve learned the hard way that to maximize price, bike should be returned as near as possible to stock. Add-ons can then be sold separately for about 50¢ on the $1.00 if lucky.

Reading that ad, the first thing that came to mind was that scene in Boogie Nights where the lead character is dancing with some girl, telling her how each piece of his wardrobe is one of a kind and imported fr somehwere in Europe.

Nice bike w/tasty upgrades, but it's still a Softail/Slim...at a Touring price. Maybe the right (rich) sucker will come along and take it off his hands for near asking price.
Lock up anything of value when your friend comes to visit; he's a dope addict. All he needs is another dope addict or DMF with 25K, which usually doesn't happen.
