04 night train rear wheel
#11
I think I have found a set of spokes at dennis kirk. I will call them Monday and see if they can match the rim #. I wish there was a good indy close I would love to have them break the wheel down the 180 looks tight, I have no problem doing most tires but low profiles can be tricky. I am an hour away from any metric or Harley shop, and the local indy is who caused the current issues. so I guess tomorrow I will start taking it apart.

I would measure the space you have under your fender and put a narrow belt and sprocket on and put a 200 tire on the back. Also that fender is chopped real short so it looks like it sits real high. If the struts are spaced to fit a 8.5 inch wide fender then you can space them out to fit a 9 inch wide fender. The advantage to doing things that way allows you some wiggle room to center the fender over the tire.

My bike is a 2007 so it came with a 200 tire. a couple of guys on this forum have done similar fender builds using the cheap wcc fenders off ebay. it is a full fender so you can cut it however you want.

That might not be a cheap fender, it looks to me like my Heartland setup which starts around $3500! except I have the 200 kit. (Sorry I don't have a better picture of those fender rails but I lightened this so you could maybe see them better)

Yeah, like I said, check out Heartland. Ironic thing, I talked to the owner today at an event in Agoura, CA.

that's cool and yes after checking their site I am 99.9% sure it is a heartland. The turn signals, tag bracket, seat, and all the little things match up. I am glad u caught that, gives me a lot of information on set up. thanks again very helpful
