Default Highway Pegs for Heritage

Greetings and Help!

Irecently traded my Softail Custom for a 2007 Heritage Softail. Thus far, I am very happy with the switch. However, Ihad the Mustache Engine Guards installedandnow I'm told that I can't add the highway pegs---something about excessive vibration. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Friend of mine has an 05 Heritagewith the mustache gaurds. The pads kept falling off so he removed the pads and installed pegs. Bike runs great with no extra vibration (I road it twice) Go ahead and add them you will be fine.

I have pegs on my 01. They come a little loose every now and again. I didn't use loctite on them and I tighten them maybe once a year
