Default Fatboy Owners - What Tire Pressures are you running?

I have a 1994 Fatboy. My manual recommends 36 pounds in both front and rear with no passenger. However, 30 pounds front and rear feels absolutely perfect to me in every way. So, that's what I run.

What about you other Fatboy owners? What PSI are you running front and rear? Also, please state your year and any other details, such as usually having a passenger or not, heavy saddlebags, etc.....

Which tire would be important, sidewall rigidity and profile height are relevant. But, sounds like you found what works for you with your tire choice and other parameters. That's all that matters.

These are Michelin Commander II's, both 130/90/16 (except different versions for front and back).

My thought is make sure you aren't using tire air pressure as a substitute for a poorly adjusted/working suspension.

While 30 psi isn't low per-se, I've found in many of my motorcycles lower tire pressures results in slower turn-in and a "mushier" feel in corners...

Running 30 PSI makes the tires feel more grippy in the corners and also makes for a slightly softer ride. In the rear especially, when I run a higher pressure it gives me that feel that the rear could slide out from under me.
