Default Need a measurement off of a 2017 or earlier Fat Boy

I was hoping another Fat Boy out there could take a measurement of the distance between the two rear fender/strut bolts and the distance from the pipe up the strut bolt. Trying to see what difference there is for the 2018 as far as finding some saddle bag for it.

I can up with 9 1/4" from center to center and it was 9" from the mufflers heat shield up the center of the bolt.

Thanks in advance for doing this!

Bump to the top......Hoping someone can round up a tape measure that's close to their fat boy. I'm not having any luck locally trying to find a fat boy I could measure myself. The dealer has none in stock and I searched Craig list for one (for sale) that I could go look at but nothing newer the 06 listed.

Thanks.

Gee, I measured my 2010 Fatboy with saddle bags and got 9 1/4" between bolt centers (bolts that mount bags). not sure of the other measurement you need. is it from heat shield to swing arm pivot point? I see your from Spokane, i'm just south of you in Lewiston.

Thanks. The other measurement was to from the heat shield up to where the bags would mount. Same bolt as the first measurement. To see how deep a bag could be. If the same measurement for the mounting bolts are the same across 9 1/4" than I would think a saddle bag set up from one the earlier year would fit on the 18's. Given there is enough clearance between the bag and the muffle. Thanks again for getting it Neighbor.
