There are others for those of us with a one-piece two-up seat that bolt to the fender rails, which I've seen for about $130 on eBay. I had one on my other bike, which was completely adjustable (up/down, front/back), from Custom World, and it worked pretty well, but it was quite a bit more expensive, too.

Would you have a working link by any chance? The couple I found were not working.

Received my Grasshopper backrest this morning. Installed it and took a 90 mile ride with it. The backrest moves a little in the receiving end of the mounted part. I am not annoyed by this as I move while riding so it moves with me.
This is a solo version. I locked it down slightly raised. I find it moves me forward just a little and I am ok with that also. The ride was very comfortable and I am happy with my purchase. Sure beats spending the money for a new seat and backrest.

Yes the solo version will sit on top of the seat. I have mine pulled up a bit adjusted for my comfort level. I do have pictures it will just be a few days before I can get them on here.

Default Driver backrest

I too have a Softail - 2015 Heritage. I ordered the Grasshopper backrest and it didn't work for my longer legs and arms. I called them and they said they'd customize the bracket for me! I sent pics of me on the bike. They sent a new backrest with a new vertical support, completely customized for my taller frame. It works perfect. Sent the original back and no charge!!!

These guys are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

does the backrest have any forward/backward adjustment to it? I'm 6'4" and sit pretty far back on the seat.

Thanks for the pics!!! It definitely looks like it moves you forward a bit.. might be ok tho! As long as I can ‘settle in’ the seat, it’s just what I’m looking for.....
