Was in the market for a new motorcycle, for the past years none of the same old same old offerings of HD could entice me. Then they came out with the update. Didn't like them at first just looking at the pictures on the website, read all the disparaging comments on here that got more and more expletive. Decided to go have a look for myself and ended up buying one right there and then.
Don't give a flying **** if they call them a softail or not. Those who keep moaning about metric ... park one of the new HDs next to a metric one and find out how wrong you are.

Same here. Def want to see one in person. No dealers around here have one yet. That is sweet little ride though. Round rear tire, and more ground clearance than the Breakout, so much more willing to turn in. Only problem: no 114 option. Mystery to me why they wouldn't do that.

It had to be intentional. I see they are now offering AMF styles helmets etc. so that must be their next marketing thing. It's kind of stupid considering how many people look at the AMF years with disdain.
