I'd have WWs on that but even without them that bike looks better than every 2018 softail there is IMO.

Guess I'm weird, I really like the 18 Heritage, especially the 114 version. A major step forward. Would not consider a pre 18. Function mater's to me, I also love the new windshield. Just like back in the day.

Fact is, the previous Heritage Classic was not selling. A large dealer I know was selling less than 10 per year. No demand. When a product stops selling and you basically have not changed since the 80's, it's time to change.
Harley made the changes, I applaud them!

Have to agree. I like it too. For the $, it's a lot of motorcycle, especially the 114 version. If you like all blacked out, you barely have to change a thing on that bike to enjoy what looks like a custom cruiser. The FatBoy on the other hand... I won't even look at that bike if its on a showroom floor near me. It might as well be called the "Broke Boy" (combination of Breakout and FatBoy). IMO, one muscle rear tire in the Softail lineup was enough.

It's growing on me as I look at it. Lighter weight, and stiffer chassis. Just wasn't crazy about the blackout look at first. But, they've got a ton of brass dress-up parts for it that would probably look pretty cool.

Just not crazy about the digital studs, and the "memphis shades" windshield.

but their website isn't working. I can't get the 3-d-rotate-paint view to come up.

I really like the new Heritage in the rust color. If, and that's a big if I was in the market for a new bike or did not already have a great Harley I would really consider buying one.

However I already have a couple of great Harley's. Someday maybe.

Probably they will release a chrome version in the near future. I honestly would have thought that they may release a "Special" version along side the chrome clad version, but probably not viable .
