Default Cleaning black pipes?

What to use to remove baked bug juice and hardness off of matte black pipes? I tried CRL and bug remover but still looks spotty.

Thanks.

No cooked residue from WD40 after? I thought of that or armorall...but if you say so I will try a spot. Thanks.
