Default 04 fatboy dim left rear turn signal

all i did was install new turn signals . they worked fine before i started. all i did was unplug the old turn signals and intall two new ones. right side works great , left side is really dim and bearly works . ive tested everything, even installed my wifes turn signal housing . and have the same problem. do you think a relay went bad

Was the original signal working ok?

Check the connector for the left signal, and check the connector for the rear lights, make sure everything looks ok.

The signals get power from the TSM/TSSM, there is no relay in the lighting system on this bike.

Check the voltage at the connector. If it is low, ground the meter to the battery and see if it improves.
