17 Softail Slim rear brake lock up

bike has less than 1000 miles and the rear brake decided to apply itself at 65 mph and locked up when I let off of the throttle. The bike does have ABS, anyone heard of this happening before?

no never heard of this, have the dealer come get it, it is definatly a safety warranty issue.
