Default New Softail Slim Floorboard Question

I've got 243 miles on my new 2017 Slim and I haven't scrapped the floorboards yet. What am I doing wrong? LOL!
I'm 170 pounds and the rear shocks are at the factory set preload.
Granted, I don't ride it like I ride my Kawasaki Ninja KRT and I take intersection corners in a slow, wide arc.
I was really worried about scrapping the floorboards all the time from what I've read online, but so far I'm having no issues in everyday riding.

I've had my Slim S for a year and have only scrapped once. It sure wakes you up when you do!

You turn a softail with your butt, people that scrape constantly and stab the floorboard mounts are countersteering too much. You have to ride these sleds differently. It helps when you have a healthy BMI also

Sparks off the floorboards mean one thing, you're enjoying getting into the curves.

I have 5,000 miles on my 16 Slim and I barely scraped the floorboards once.....I think that issue is blown out of proportion.

I'm just a 53 year-old former Marine who's in pretty good shape for his age.
IOW, my chest is a lot bigger than my waist and not the other way around. LOL!
I am pretty short, I'll give you that.
