Default Raising front forks back to factory

I just purchased a 2008 XL 1200 custom Sportster. The previous owner had the bike lowered. Now, I can't carry a passenger on it as there is very little available shock travel on the rear end. I have ordered the factory shocks for the rear, but have no idea how to bring the front up. The guy that lowered it said that it was just a "couple of bolts" to bring it back up. I'm trying to do this myself, thus don't want to pay him to do it.

Thanks, Kevin

Progressivesuspension.com will have some info, spring kits are around 90.00-110.00,
jcmotors.com had the best price I could find when I owned my 1200Low.
